- Avoid stimulating and highly seasoned foods.
- Progress from soft to bland diet.
- Avoid coffee, tea, alcoholic, beverages and soda drinks.
- Plan and choose liquids that are good source of protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals. Read labels of commercially prepared liquids foods.

Hypertension

We must be itemized to the last penny. By writing down every expenditure in a notebook so that we can trace up where our coins are dropping. The result may be a shock. Saving begins with wise spending. Nobody can tell us how to use our money wisely, whether it’s a quarter or a hundred pesos. Because if we like something we are tempted to buy it, with out knowing it is not necessary to have it. One such rule is to practice comparison buying. If you’re going shopping for something don’t just walk into the store and buy. Check out the item first and compare it to another store before buying it and see which is better to buy. Decide what you want first and plan what to buy. Buy only what are you really want and make sure the quality meet your needs. Be selective, after all- it’s your money. When you spend more that you earn you help contribute to inflation. When you buy more food than you can eat, you help raise prices. So one way to beat inflation is by spending less and saving or invests more. There are certain rules, which can help you get the most of your money. For example those store use the word SALE a lot now because of inflation. They feel it’s attracting customer. A sale item may be worth the price it’s selling at, but it may never have been worth the price. ON SALE may not always be good buys. Remember- money even in small amount gives freedom to do something. Today, tomorrow he stills the same he loves us so much. There are no greater joys in life than to render happiness to other by means of giving. Meditation with our creator can help us to communicate with him. When we meditate, we experience the presence of GOD in many ways like peace, joy, beauty and wisdom. The happiness and successful living does not mean looking for a person, or a place. To find happiness and contentment is within inside our heart and in words with GOD which we carry it any place at anytime and with anybody

-Follow the manufacturer instruction manual recommended by operating procedure and safety precautions.
-Do not heat water or liquids into the microwave oven for excessive amounts of time to avoid superheated liquids.
-If super heating has occurred, a slight disturbance or movement such as picking up the cup or pouring in a spoon of instant coffee may result in a violent eruption with the boiling water exploding out of the cup.
As added safety precaution, don’t stand directly against the oven for a long period of time while it is operating.
-Don’t operate an oven if the door does not close firmly or bent, warped, or otherwise damaged.
-Some oven should not be operated when empty. Refer to the instruction manual for your oven.
-Clean an oven cavity, the other edge of the cavity and the door with water and a mild detergent. A special microwave oven cleaner is not necessary. Do not use scouring pads, steel, wool or other abrasives.
