Drink 8 glasses of water every day, water not only quenches your thirst it can also speed the body metabolism. Drinking 8 glasses of water consumptions may help to lose weight about eight ponds in a year. Get more sleep, a study conducted by University of Chicago found out that people deprived of sleep had a lower level of hormones that control appetite. It also says that enough of sleep is good to our health and help to lose weight.

Reprimanded

Last June 12, 2010 I received a notice From the HRD office a charge sheet. My offense is engaging horseplay, roughhousing during working hours. The offense is imposable suspension of 5 days. The report stated that I had been caught up using/ listening to my portable music player during working hours. In this case, I would like to depend myself and humbly say that I didn’t used / brought any portable music player at work. Honestly, I caught up using my mobile earphone with my PA- manager and took it off right away. I’m never engaging in horseplay, rough-housing during working hours. I did not know that I would get in trouble from doing this because I see many workers doing the same thing. I think it is biased and unfair for me. Don’t we get oral warning first? It is not like I was goofing off and not doing my job well or not doing anything at all while I was with my mobile earphone. In fact, I was doing my job well. I work hard as instructed. I think I deserved to be given a verbal reprimand first.

We should also be aware of the exciting things concerning health care that are happening in many parts of the world. Among field of study of the human body it poses a unique point of interest to us. Maintaining a healthy life style has been more critical than today. With all harmful elements in the environment such in the air, water or even in our food. We should be extra careful in our choices in life. We should take good care our body because there’s no part of our body that doesn’t have a purpose. Thus we should give importance to every part of it. If we don’t have to change our life style now, we could be looking at a very horrible future.

What is life? The answer to this question depends on every person. But in science everyone will agree that life is a cycle of energy from the living things to another. If we think of our future especially the future generations, we feel alarmed because of what is happening in our environment. Are we going allow plants and animals vanish forever? If we really care about our future sons and daughter we will care our environment. Because we also want our future children too have the same experience right now. Technology is good but environmental destruction comes with it. We can make this world a better place thorough technology. Gastritis

- Add full liquid diets as tolerated on the second or third day, depending on the patient condition.
- Avoid stimulating and highly seasoned foods.
- Progress from soft to bland diet.
- Avoid coffee, tea, alcoholic, beverages and soda drinks.
- Plan and choose liquids that are good source of protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals. Read labels of commercially prepared liquids foods.

Just have a reducing diet plan, which follows the principle of eating foods with essentials nutrients with the goal of effecting weight loss. The diet is low in calories, low in fat but high in complex carbohydrates.

- First consult a licensed nutritionist-dietician before trying any reduce weight.
- Eat less fat. Avoid pork, fatty meat, skin, and chicaron.
- Chose low calorie-foods. Avoid sweet, cakes (especially those with icing), ice cream, sweet dessert, candies, pies and chocolates.
- Reduce of salty foods like dried fish and other similar foods that encourage more rice consumptions.
- Drink at least 8-glass 0f water a day between meals.
- Avoid tea, coffee and alcohol. Alcohol drinks are high-calories beverages.
- Eat regularly. Never skips meal especially breakfast.
- Avoid in-between meals. Drink water instead.
- Choose legumes, fish, poultry, and veal, which contain less fats and cholesterol than pork and beef.
- Eat a good breakfast and lunch but has a light supper. If you plan to skip meals, choose supper instead of breakfast.
- Exercise regularly.
- Keep a record of your weight. Weight loss of about 1 to 2 pounds a week is safe and considered reasonable.

What is hypertension this is a condition that result when the artery diameter is reduced, when so much cholesterol are deposited in the arterial lining. The causes are so much eating of fatty foods, no exercise and during some of intense activity.

When the blood volume flowing through the arteries is increase that’s the time the hypertension trigger, because of the increase of pressure caused by, the reduced diameter of the arteries plays a greater role in hypertension. The normal blood pressure is 120/ 80 or range between 90/60 to 140/90. When its get higher 140/90, the blood pressure is usually described as hypertension. Sometimes the probably causes of the hypertension are.

- High in sodium intake, sodium (salt) and other dietary foods factors have been studied to see whether they play a big role in the development of hypertension. Studies have shown that even mild restriction of sodium can produce a modest but definite fall in blood pressure.
