To Lose Weight

Many people who are striving to lose weight. I am not against it, in fact, it is good to be in shape and physically fit. I’d like to share here some tips on how to lose weight, aside from taking diet pills.

1. Eat more vegetables and fruits every day.

2. Eat enough portion every meal

3. No, no, don’t skip meal. Never do that. Especially, breakfast which is the most important meal of the day. It keeps you going throughout the day.

4. Avoid too much sugar like soda

5. Avoid eating junk foods

6. And lastly exercise regularly.

Food Sensitivities

First and fore most it is important to understand the fact about food sensitivities. Sometimes food allergy starts with food tolerance and manifested through symptoms that quickly appear within minutes to an hour after eating. Mostly the symptoms food allergies are usually skin-related, such as hives, rashes and respiratory system and difficulty in breathing and asthma. Food allergy may also experience the common food borne illness symptoms such as nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Food allergy symptoms may became systemic and cause anaphylaxis that leads to death. This is the reason why food allergies are serious.

Consumer may take the following step to reduce the risk of allergic reactions at home or in any workplace.
- At home have a list posted in the kitchen for your household to take note of, just incase someone who does not know your family sensitivities brings you food.
- When grocery shopping, read product labels carefully about the ingredients used.
- If you suspected you have a food allergy, have a condition tested properly by a medical professional.
- After proper diagnose of the food allergy, educate every one in your home about the allergen. Teach them where the allergen may be found and what to do if an allergen reactions occurs.
- Remember to wash utensils thoroughly after every use. This is just basic safe food practice.

Back Stretches

A few years ago, when I’m still a teenager I had a spare time for exerciser and leisure after school, but times are changing. Today my schedule is so packed that there is less time. The lack of exercise might result in tight back muscle, which eventually leads to back pain. Here are some exercise tips I learn to avoid the back pain.

Exercise 1

- Lie on your back on n the floor, knees bent and feet flat on the floor.

- Place your hands on the back or your thighs.

- Pull your legs towards your chest stretch slightly.

- Hold your position for about 15 seconds and slowly return to your original position.

- Do to repetitions.

Exercise 2

- Assume the starting position of exercise.

- Making sure that your back is flat on the floor, rotate your hips to the left, lowering your legs to the floor until you feel your muscles stretch slightly.

- Hold your position for about 15 seconds and slowly return to your original position.

- Repeat the procedure, this time rotating to the right.

- Do 10 repetitions.

Exercise 3

- On the floor get down on your hands and knees.

- Arch your back toward the ceiling.

- Hold your position for about 15 seconds, and slowly return to your starting position.

- Arch your back toward the floor and hold your position for about 15 seconds. Slowly return to your starting position.

Hypertension

What is hypertension this is a condition that result when the artery diameter is reduced, when so much cholesterol are deposited in the arterial lining. The causes are so much eating of fatty foods, no exercise and during some of intense activity.

When the blood volume flowing through the arteries is increase that’s the time the hypertension trigger, because of the increase of pressure caused by, the reduced diameter of the arteries plays a greater role in hypertension. The normal blood pressure is 120/ 80 or range between 90/60 to 140/90. When its get higher 140/90, the blood pressure is usually described as hypertension. Sometimes the probably causes of the hypertension are.

- High in sodium intake, sodium (salt) and other dietary foods factors have been studied to see whether they play a big role in the development of hypertension. Studies have shown that even mild restriction of sodium can produce a modest but definite fall in blood pressure.
- Kidney diseases
- Various hormonal imbalances

Hypertension if goes unchecked, the result is heart failure that may lead to further problems such as stroke and kidney damages.

Probably systems are:

- Breathlessness
- Nose bleeding with no apparent cause
- Severe headache localized in some part of the head, which occur early in the morning hours, accompanied with nausea, and vision becoming progressively worse
- Dizziness when diastolic is pressure above.

Helpful dietary management:

- Eat a low salt diet, at the same time a low fat diet
- Include foods like high in potassium
- Lose weight (for over weights)

We been discussing with my wife about our financial status. I spent so much than I received from my salary. So we came up of solution that i would like to share it to my fellow men that has the same problem in over spending. First we must discover where our money going and to do this we must keep a record. We must be itemized to the last penny. By writing down every expenditure in a notebook so that we can trace up where our coins are dropping. The result may be a shock. Saving begins with wise spending. Nobody can tell us how to use our money wisely, whether it’s a quarter or a hundred pesos. Because if we like something we are tempted to buy it, with out knowing it is not necessary to have it. One such rule is to practice comparison buying. If you’re going shopping for something don’t just walk into the store and buy. Check out the item first and compare it to another store before buying it and see which is better to buy. Decide what you want first and plan what to buy. Buy only what are you really want and make sure the quality meet your needs. Be selective, after all- it’s your money. When you spend more that you earn you help contribute to inflation. When you buy more food than you can eat, you help raise prices. So one way to beat inflation is by spending less and saving or invests more. There are certain rules, which can help you get the most of your money. For example those store use the word SALE a lot now because of inflation. They feel it’s attracting customer. A sale item may be worth the price it’s selling at, but it may never have been worth the price. ON SALE may not always be good buys. Remember- money even in small amount gives freedom to do something. In the whole process we can start by saving a peso or even a centavo for solid financial stability in the near future and have saving for the rainy days.

The golden key to attain happiness and being successful living is through constant communication of our creator. Prayer is the highest power in the world, when we pray we commune with GOD. Be glad for the privilege of life. Live in a simple life and be temperate in your habits. Avoid self-seeking and selfishness. We should pray for spiritual and physical strength, for wisdom, joy and happiness. Pray for other people and we should realize on this changing world, GOD never changes. Today, tomorrow he stills the same he loves us so much. There are no greater joys in life than to render happiness to other by means of giving. Meditation with our creator can help us to communicate with him. When we meditate, we experience the presence of GOD in many ways like peace, joy, beauty and wisdom. The happiness and successful living does not mean looking for a person, or a place. To find happiness and contentment is within inside our heart and in words with GOD which we carry it any place at anytime and with anybody
