What keeps us for making effective decision.

Every decision reached has to be based upon reality. If you are determined to make an effective decision, we must try of possible risk. If we don’t take a risk, we cannot achieve what we like to be. In reality we must use our resources and talents to meets our goals in life. We often make wrong decision because unknowingly we base upon old tapes that we accept without questioning. These systems were established early in life, and for this reason have not undergone any analytical scanning. We often see things or situation as either right or wrong. This reason of course, leads us to the admonition. If you are making a firm decision on something that has been decide upon earlier. You are disregarding the reality of the moment as well as your own reality. This reasoning does not take into account your needs. Many of our decision are based on internal, rather than taking a possible risk. We often make decision based on traditional belief system. In doing so, we are basing our decision upon the unrelated experience of others. The decision we make have to be our own. Just believed in yourself to achieve your success and also think positive thoughts all the time.

Life is good

Life is good. Life is wonderful. We have still ups and down. That’s reality. Life is interesting, always be new and always fun. This year, we decide to step out forward and make some changes to achieved what we have plan with my wife. Last year they’re so much challenge of my life; two of my relatives pass away. We have to decide and finally confront our fears because they crippled us. Rejection, disappointment of failure we have experienced at one time of another. But all of this, I pray that may God be there and guide us to be a strong always to face trials that may come to us. I appreciated that my wife is always there beside me all along, who have a strong faith. In life, I learn many things like dealing with the things as they happened and control the situation better. In other aspects I don’t allow other people influence me, I stand for what is right and wrong. Hopefully this year we will achieve our plans in life together with my wife. Deception, disillusionment and dealing with any kind of stimulants may be tempting but will not solve any problems you face. We must always stay true to our self and honest with others. We can turn this rather confusing day into a creative turning point in our life. Stay in focus and have faith always in GOD.

Cookies..

There are many correct ways to eat an Oreo cookie. It really seems to be fun and some people plop the whole cookie into their month at once. Others dunk it to the milk then take a bite. There are also people love to separate the cookie, lick off the cream and then eat the cookie. In 1912 consumer wanted an English biscuit (cookies are called biscuits in England) and the Oreo cookie was produced to meet this demand. Consumer had their choice either vanilla or lemon cream. Now only vanilla cream is available. An Oreo cookie is 29 percent cream and 71 percent cookie. The word Oreo is unknown; in fact the name itself is shrouded in mystery. One theory is that someone took the letters RE out of cream and placed it between two letters “O”s, which represent the two parts of the cookie. Some think the name came from the French word or meaning “gold” and other thinks Oreo came from the Greek word that’s mean hill or mountain. Not knowing what the name Oreo means has not bother like us who love to eat the Oreo cookies. That’s why I enjoy looking at my wife while eating the Oreo cookie she love to dunk in hot chocolate or some other drinks.

“to be a writer”

Before anything else, I would like to thank all the people who visited my blog. Since it’s 2010, it came up into my mind that I would only write my personal life in this site, the upbeat manner. And I would like to introduce again a little something about myself. I’m a married man, bless with a handsome son and a loving and a sweet wife, which I always called her honey. Before giving birth to my son, she always has a time updating our blog. But now, she’s busy taking care with our baby. And well, I understand her because it’s our first and only child and she doesn’t want to miss anything with our baby. And for now, I should find time to write anything and also to keep updating with this blog. This is the chance for me to write since I don’t have the ability or I would say writing is my least of ability. So, ‘till next time…

Viva! Pit Senior!

Senior Sto. NinoEvery third Sunday of January, we’re celebrating the feast of Blessed Senior Santo Nino. All His devotees, came in to Cebu City to celebrate and even politicians, local celebrities, different personalities witness the grand event of the year in Cebu.  Since my family live at the province, we usually book a place to stay one month before the feast.  We start our day with a mass at the Basilica del Santo Nino and witness the sinulog street dancing competition after. It is so much fun as you joining dancing with them even when you were at the side of the streets.  And for me, I’m so thankful and blessed to Senior Santo Nino for making my life happy and contented and giving my family good health and everyday blessing.  And so to come…

All about beer

Did you know that early beer makers left their brews in open vessel exposed to air borne yeast? They didn’t realize that the foam on top of the fermenting brew consisted of millions of yeast cells. However, they always scooped off the foam to use it as a starter for the next batch. With out realizing it, they were breeding top fermented yeasts. Later a monk took up beer brewing. Benedictine monk carved beer cellar into the rocks beneath the monastery and packed them with ice from frozen rivers and lakes so that beer brewed in the fall could be saved for later use in the summer. Stored in such cold temperatures, the beer became more stable and the yeast sank to the bottom. This was the origin of bottom-fermenting yeasts. Yeast is one of the most important ingredients in brewing and is jealously guarded by brew master, sometimes unsuccessfully. Ounce the son of a Bavarian brew master and an Austrian friend journeyed to England and, with the aid of a metal tube with a hidden valve, stole yeast samples from the British. As more and more scientific methods were applied to the brewing process, both the quality and types of beer improved. Today there are over 25 different types of beer.
