There is no fountain of magical water that can reverse the effects of aging. There are huge number of supplements available on the market that claim to slow down the process of aging. Another important factor in living longer is keeping our heart healthy. Reducing stress also leads to better sleep, which reduces the appearance of age, like wrinkles and the bags under the eyes most physicians recommend taking up an exercise regimen as a fundamental method of reducing stress. Exercise can boost self-confidence, release pleasure-inducing chemicals in the brain and a sense of well-being, all of which combat stress.

Farewell to Mr. Swayze
My friend told me that actor Mr. Patrick Swayze just pass away last Monday; he was at the age of 57. I saw it also in the Internet; He was the actor star of the movie “Dirty Dancing”. The news said, he suffered from a pancreatic cancer known to everyone malignant, is characterized by an abnormal growth of cells. There are more than 100 types of cancer, including breast cancer, skin cancer, lung cancer, colon cancer, prostate cancer, and lymphoma, among others. Cancer symptoms are widely based on the type of cancer. Cancer treatment includes chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery. But the case of Mr. Swayze he battled a deadly form of cancer, for 20 months. He first went public about he’s illness, some reports he had only weeks to live, but his doctor said his situation was “considerably more optimistic”. Being an actor he continued working until he’s body give up and peacefully pass away last Monday after fighting the pancreatic cancer.
What is life?
What is life? The answer to this question is depending the person us. But in science, everyone will agree that life is a cycle of energy from one living thing to another. Each organism has part to play in the cycles of life. This kind of feeling is something that makes life more enjoyable. So go a head explore the wonders of nature. Being aware of this thing is the first step toward caring of them. If we think our future, especially the future generations, we will feel alarmed because of what is happening in our environments. Are we going allow plants and animals vanish forever? If we really care about our future son and daughters, we will care of environment, because we also want our future children to have the same experience right now we have. Lets aspire to go places that will bring us closer to nature, rather that to the places that only give physical enjoyment. Let also remember that we are brought in this world not only to consume energy and produce waste, but also contribute something for benefits of other people and more especially for the benefit of other creatures. Technology is good, but environmental destruction comes with it. We can make this world better place through technology that will help in the conservation of our environment. Because everything we have right now is the habitat that god given us.
Race to the witch mountain
Last night I borrowed a CD “ Race to the Witch Mountain” movie Starring Dwayne Johnson. The movie explores friendship, trust, and comedy along the way that inspire me a smile rather than laughter. The story simplified, moderately entertaining for kids and also like us grown-ups with self-defense punching by Bruno. For the long run Sara and Seth use there super power to help slip through their enemies. Its make good points to the kids especially their power when used to protect their life. So I recommend, watching this movie with your kids.
About happiness..
Happiness is everybody’s goal. It is the ultimate reason of our daily struggles and survival. We feel happy if we achieve a certain want, need or aspiration. Thinking and believing that happiness is the end is a wrong notion because it is really not.
Happiness has always been just around the corner. A columnist said “ student always says that studying is their burden and they can only be happy when they get their degree”. Then, they graduate and they are unhappy still not until they found good jobs. When they get jobs, they still unhappy not until they get promotion or get higher salary. Well, our life is full of problems and never satisfied what we have, which are like day and night that come again and again for a reason that life’s is a series of problems. In solving these problems, we can test our creativity in finding ways and means. Once our problem is solved, we are still unhappy because we are worried that another will surely follow. By instilling and deepening the thought of everyone that happiness is a means, we can easily get through with these problems for happiness in the sense of considering things on our way. It is therefore our attitude in achieving our goals and as solution to these problems. Happiness is what brings us successfully from one corner of our life to the next one.
Happiness is not the feeling of satisfaction after our thirst is being quenched, but rather the water and the way we do with this water to quench such thirst.
Friendship.
Each person has her own private side-no known to anyone. Just like our friend. A secret is bound to be a secret. It should never be whispered to anybody else. It must be kept. How can you gain that trust if you are the kind of kiss and tell? Gain that trust and if a friend confides then you must be someone.
Honesty is the best policy therefore if you want to win friends, be sincere and be true. Be transparent with your feelings. Express whatever is in your heart and always have an opened mind and understanding ear. You will never understand each other if you insist your side and discount her other side of the story. Listen to your heart let the rough waves be calm everything be settled and let time be your friend never be shallow in your understand. Think like intelligent people do. Do not be a victim of your emotion and always remember the maxim, the only way to settle a disagreement is on basis of what is right and not who is right. In relationship there comes a time it will encounter crossroads. So here I wan to share with you my insight of friendship with its crossroad. Don’t be forever a shadow to your friend. Have your own self-expression. You don’t have to be exactly like your friend. Remember that a true friend allows you to be yourself in fact he or she will understand and gives you enough space to freely spread your wings.
