so much in pain

I’ve suffer a toothache today. It’s so painful and hardly sleep at night. Pain reliever didn’t work for me and I think it’s about time to see a dentist. I hope I will not loose a tooth and just a little repair or cleaning thing done by the dentist. I don’t know yet how much is the damage and cost that I will paid. It’s better to be ready financially when making an appointment with the doctor. Who knows, your giving an unexpected amount of your bill.

Doing my best i could.

When I was still looking for a job, the company were I applied dismiss me by saying I was over qualified, for what? It was the saddest thing that happened to me. But I never give up so easily, I apply again to another company fortunately they hired me, time goes by the job isn’t doing well and the pay was frustrating.

I had no choice, I could either resign or look for better paying job, or I stay and work like crazy. It was a tough decision I made I realized the truth, without any experience it’s difficult to find a white-collar job. After a long run of finding a job, I was hired one of the industrial company under the management of Japanese here in the Philippines. The product making a 58, 500 metric tons (BC) bulk carrier ship and a huge car ship, in my present job I fell contented and satisfied. It’s been 5 years now since they hired me. There is no job unworthy of being done well, GOD never put any one in a place so small that there isn’t grow, whether you may be doing working in a office, cleaning floors, washing dishes, working on the assembly lines-give it your best shot. Perform well to the best of your abilities. In the end you’ll find the personal growth and you’ll be a happier person in the process.

sympathy

Sympathy is not giving advice its entering in and sharing the pain of others. Sympathy meets the fundamental human needs to have your feeling validated. Very time we understand and affirm someone’s feeling, we built friendship. The problem is that we often in so much of a hurry to fixes problem that we don’t have time to sympathy with other people feelings.

Eating healthy foods taking care our body.

1. Eat three healthy meals during a day, skipping meals can caused increased of hunger and may lead to excessive snacking.
2. Focus on fruits and vegetables; liven up your sandwiches with vegetables such as tomato, lettuce, and cucumber.
3. Weight yourself regularly, monitoring your weight can tell you whether your effort are working or not it can help you to detect small weight gains. Before they become even larger.
4. Exercise up to 30 to 60 minutes per day. If times are limited, you may exercise for several brief periods thought out the body.
5. Eat healthy foods that are low in calories to prevent any complication. Excessive taking of calories and fats take some serious problem. It returned back to our body so be vigilant of foods intakes.

Love of money

If somewhere in our brain we think that money is evil, is not true. The love of money is. Money is neutral thing can be used such as buy something good, like food, build houses any more. Money are totally mistaken about, some think that money will solve their problem and make them happy, it’s apply that you love money than other things. In reality we need money a certain amount in order to live and buy the things we need. We must purify our thoughts towards money; in other aspect there are things that we don’t need money. As we can see around of us many opportunity to earn money, in the good way all we have to do is to trainer ourselves to think that money isn’t evil thing.

Losing weight and stay healthy

Exercise and diet are the keys to losing weight. I shared these ways with my sister recently because I noticed that she’s gaining weight it’s year. Sometimes I received text message from her complaining and experience difficult to breath. She also has a high blood pressure.

I advised her to have regular check-up so that the blood pressure is monitored. I found out diet and exercise can’t immediately cut out overweight. It is not an overnight thing. It takes determination and consistency. Anyhow, losing weight rapidly may cause some health problems someday. Take it step-by-step cut out first excessive fats in your food intakes, so that the body can burn the calories easily. Cutting off soda can completely save you from the average of 360 calories each day. Some fruits or whole milk can add unnecessary calories to our daily intake on them. Instead drink up lots of water and switch the whole milk to soyamilk. If you feel full stop eating, they’re no reason to eat so much food. Eating slowly can help our body to give chance and recognize that we have enough to eat. Crash diet and exercise routines will not help us to attend our desire to lose weight. We need to focus on realistic, achievable goals. Small changes can make a big difference in our health. We need to eat fats to be healthy as well in moderate and balance way. Gradual in losing weight is the best key if possible. Small changes are easier to stick with.

Laugh more often.

Laughter is one of the most inexpensive and simplest drug free-stress reductions. When we laugh you could feel the happiness within and give a healing energy to relieve problems. When we laugh its flow to our body soul and mind. Take a smile more often this other say to stay young and healthy. As we do this, it’s like we were jogging in our inner body it give relieves stress. Don’t take life seriously specially some small irritation of our day. Instead try to laugh at silly way on your self and your mistakes. For me laughter is apart of me I’m already 34 but other people who doesn’t know about my age they think I’m still in my 20s. Imagine that, every time I laugh I made my self to stay young. Don’t wait to live life over, do it now laughs more often.

Lessen fat intake

How much Fats are you eating? This question is commonly asked if they saw you gain so much weight. Overeating in high fats food has always been associated with heart attacks, diabetes, kidney disease and a cause premature aging.

It’s shocking to know that 50 % of people in large industrial countries many died of heart diseases. We all know that heart diseases commonly caused by fat deposit in our body especially in arteries. It’s proven that if lesser consumption of fats will also help to prevent men from prostrate cancer. It’s better to reduce of fats food intake by eating lean meat such as chicken or beer, avoid pork altogether. Most of all drink plenty of water; eat plenty of veggies and fruits. This are reach of vitamins and mineral to keep us healthy. If we had a healthy body and full of vitamins and minerals we can stand any disease or the H1N1 virus

Our health is the highest value and also love and willingness to watch every food intakes. We should take good care of our body and keep them always into a shaped so that we can live long.

update our blog

It’s been a while that we didn’t update our post this site, This is my wife  blog she were so busy attending our first child. Last May she delivered a baby boy, and has no time to put some post. So we decide that I will continue to post and updates this, I was out of touch in this blog. I should spend more time writing some articles here. It seems like I’ve neglected this blog. I should have not done that. I  feel so bad about it. But I am going to try or should I say do my best to update this blog every day even just a post of 50 or 100 words a day. So I can get more opportunities in the future. I don’t have any problems with web hosting because I just had a one-year subscription.
